I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still saying the same thing so I’m guessing it’s a bug. Where every other game, even the worst ones I’ve ever played have ways to recover an account, this game has no way to get back the characters, skins, and the time you invested in the game back? I am going to delete this game and not come back. This is the style of a game management for developers who only care about taking money, they do not care about their community at all. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Great game, but Azra needs a cool Legendary Skin. *2024-05-31* Great game, I have been a player for years & I truly believe that it is not a pay to win game, my only complaint is that they need a few new characters & definitely a new outfit for Azra, her legendary skin is so lame & most characters have more than one option for a legendary skin, I don’t understand how she is the only character with only one option, in fact the only one option available is so dumb that I refuse to buy it even though it would be helpful when playing the monster jack battle mode….. I just use a different character with a skin that I like, like Dexters grave digger skin….
