I could be playing for 5 mins or 2 hours and it will just randomly close out the app. I try to not let it be annoying but when it happens multiple times back to back and I’ve made sure I had the last update.. it’s kinda hard not to be annoyed. I really do enjoy this game and just want the crashes to stop

I love the game and concept and loved to be able to watch ads for rewards! The ads took a ton of time, but worth being able to continue to play! I made a little purchase to continue playing and all of a sudden I have NO ads anywhere!!! I used to get ads for the pet, the trail, the main energy button and I'd go back and fourth to get as much as I could to continue to play.. I should be able to at least get an ad for energy here and there.. I mean.. I'm getting no chance!!! If I would have known making a purchase would remove any chance of ads, I wouldn't have made that purchase bc it costed me big time! HELP! I wanna be able to play!

I have been playing this game for a while and I like the game, but the game been cheating me lately and support haven’t been any help. They want proof but when I finally provide proof, they tell me something different. I’ve been cheated on 3 different occasions. I finally show the proof and it’s still not enough for them. I’ve spent money so I am not happy about that.
