I wish it was possible to give it negative stars.  The UI is cumbersome. Not intuitive or user friendly.  Time sensitive notifications work intermittently.  Please fix this junk.

Everytime i use this app i have to wait about 25 minutes just to view my ticket it says “your account is almost ready” and circles round for ages. The apps updated. Theres no reason for this but happens every time. I always hope for the best that by the time i arrive its fixed but has caused a few problem.

I lived in the UK 10 years ago and had an old number. I don’t remember it. It won’t let me update my account without the old number and I cannot get ahold of support despite contacting them for literally, years. I cannot buy any tickets through DICE and have resorted to having friends buy my tickets and then having to log into their account on my phone for the shows.

Now you’ve commented on this review saying “this doesn’t sound right.” And you’ve sent me a response with an attached email that I’ve literally been emailing for YEARS with no word back. Sort this!🙄

In most recent version (4.259.0) videos autoplay on homepage. In 2026. Really?! 1) Cause seizures for many disabilities. 2) Illegal in the EU. I expect better of you guys, Dice. Honestly. Until then, app is unusable. Fix this 'barrier to access' & 1 star goes to 4-5. Sadly, seizures = they're a no in-between.

There are lots of ticket apps available, but I have consistently found this one helpful in finding slightly more obscure / quirky events and to be easy to use. 
And  it doesn’t bombard you with unwanted notifications!
When I encountered a problem with accessing my tickets recently I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the response and how everything was resolved with the minimum of fuss.

Really easy to use - to buy tickets and easy access to them. Sharing with friends is straightforward. Good search engine to find the events you want. Dice’s customer service is really helpful and quick to respond. Definitely my ‘go to app’ when searching for live music events.
