Now you’ve commented on this review saying “this doesn’t sound right.” And you’ve sent me a response with an attached email that I’ve literally been emailing for YEARS with no word back. Almost didn’t get in the venue because it didn’t open. So once again I brought a ticket and it will only release 2 hours before the events. Very annoying ### 1/5 — Poor customer support *2026-08-09, version 4.258.0* I’d give the app a higher rating, but the fact that I went back-and-forth with multiple representatives to get a refund with no resolution was extremely disappointing. The app automatically chose a random date for the event I was going to, so I ended up buying the wrong date on accident and customer support was unwilling to give a refund for that simple mistake. Even then, also extremely difficult to transfer tickets even when it is sold out and there’s a wait list (they seem to be dormant at the exact moments you need things to move around). I’ve had too many bad experiences so now, if an event is only listed on Dice, I just won’t go. Other apps a SO much better. But since I found DICE, I really wish all events had tickets available on DICE. I feel safe using it, and the app is so easy to use. Recently, I had a problem with one of my ticket purchases. They sent me a ticket for the wrong day since the event was happening over two days. Their customer service was amazing! They solved the problem very quickly and changed my ticket to the day I wanted. I have other apps for buying tickets, but I love DICE more than all of them.
