I see they still haven’t changed the language option after 3 years. A lot of nice stuff, but you can’t even buy.

okay. Unless you have a Taiwan phone number or understand the Chinese then you can’t really buy anything. In my opinion this is pretty dumb, less customers because of this “language barrier” don’t waste your time trying to figure it out like I did..😭😭

The app is in some Asian language and you can’t even put your own phone number to order cause it needs to be from Asia, app you can’t understand nothing, and even if you change language in app in settings you still don’t get the translation

The app is Taiwanese. No English translate option. Even if you manage to pick out clothes, you MUST have a Taiwanese phone number or else you can’t purchase anything. I really like the clothing options on here and would purchase several items, but unfortunately I am blocked from doing so.
