Zero help or input from a real human. It was such a sad experience. I will go somewhere I can talk to a human about the shoes I need. The quality of the products they provide is of excellent quality. I made an in store purchase recently at the Summerlin, Nevada location. I purchased the floor model of exercise equipment and after getting it home I realized there were several parts missing. I contacted the store and was put in touch with the manager “Patrick”. Patrick we above and beyond to remedy my situation with no issues. He stayed in contact with me, was professional courteous and sensitive of my needs.
