关于取消订阅：这一步需要在系统里完成，不在应用内——打开「设置」→ 点按顶部您的姓名 →「订阅」→ 选择 MedScan →「取消订阅」。在 App Store 右上角的头像里也有同样的入口。取消后，在当前订阅周期结束前仍可继续使用。

关于「无法使用」，我们很想弄清楚具体卡在了哪一步：是导入光盘或压缩包、打开影像，还是别的环节？如果您方便，请发邮件到 support@nomly.space，写明设备型号、大致时间，以及您打开的是什么文件（例如医院光盘、zip 或 rar 压缩包）即可——请不要发送任何医疗影像。

从 1.7 版本开始，示例牙齿影像已经内置在应用里，不再需要联网下载，打开即可查看。您当前使用的版本仍然是从网络获取示例，在国内网络环境下确实容易超时。请在 App Store 更新到最新版本后再试。
