Honestly I don’t know how people justify paying for this app/software. 
Poor voice recognition and transcription. 
There are many better transcription options out there.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear this. Please contact us at support@dictate.it and we can investigate. Poor recognition accuracy on Swift is usually due to recording issues and we can advise on how to improve this. For UK medical dictation Swift currently achieves average accuracy of 98% including person and place names. This is from first use, for any speaker.



It is a bit puzzling you mention transcription, as this isn't a service used by any of our speech recognition customers, so please do get in touch so we can understand this better.
