DictateBoss — a real-voice, fully automatic dictation and spelling practice assistant. Snap a photo of a textbook or a word list and the AI pulls out the words and sentences, reads them aloud, and quizzes you. Kids can practise English dictation and Chinese dictation on their own; parents no longer have to stop what they are doing to read words out. SNAP A PHOTO, GET A QUIZ Photograph a textbook, worksheet or handwritten word list and OCR extracts the vocabulary automatically. You can also import a PDF or Word (.docx) file, or just type words in. Long passages are split into sentences for you, and you can drag them into any order. ENGLISH DICTATION — BRITISH OR AMERICAN ACCENT Choose a British or American voice for English. Set playback speed from 0.5x to 2x, plus the repeat count and the gap between repeats, so the pace matches the learner. Works for spelling, vocabulary and full-sentence dictation. CHINESE DICTATION — CANTONESE OR MANDARIN, WITH STROKE ORDER Chinese can be read in Cantonese or Mandarin. Chinese and Japanese characters come with stroke-order animations, so a wrong stroke can be corrected on the spot. AI MARKING THAT SHOWS EVERY MISTAKE Answers are marked the moment you finish, with each wrong character highlighted — no more checking answers by hand. Missed words can be drilled again until they stick. WORKS OFFLINE Prepare the audio in advance and practise in the car, on a plane or anywhere else without Wi-Fi.
