Then it started failing persistently with “API error: The audio file could not be decoded or its format is not supported.” Also, no matter how many audio files I save, each is a whole copy of everything recorded thus far. Only issue, which is a huge one, is you can only use the subscription on the device you purchased it on. I ordered it on my phone and when I attempted to use it on my iPad I didn’t have access to all the functions. It constantly asked me to purchase a subscription. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-06-11* Too long of recording and doesn’t work. Downloaded and still nothing! I like that it is very simple and not bloated with features and graphics. However I often have to share the recording to the app several times before it will transcribe it And the transcription notes have no option to delete. So I can’t declutter notes I no longer need. You can delete the recordings but not the notes. In the list if notes I will have saved notes in languages that are not english and that I did not record. How is that possible? There is no way to group the files on folders, and when I wanted to cancel the subscription, there not that option on the app. I would like my money back. The recording has been ended as of 3 hours ago and there has been no transcript.
