I figure Apple can't see the forest for the trees. That someone had to write a front-end for the built-in, hidden and not universally accessible dictionary is sad. But! Thank you Catalysto for this app. It is what I have been looking for some time now. The black icon isn't easy to spot, and sadly, although leaching off apples built in dictionary makes it small and fairly fast, it also means you have to contend with the font they use which is far from easy to read on the small iPhone screen.
