Extrem kompliziertes und umständliches Ticket System. Wozu diese komplizierte Ticketbuchung mit Codes? Es werden jede Menge Daten abgegriffen. Das ist nicht in Ordnung. Es gilt das Prinzip der Datensparsamkeit. Wozu soll ich alle möglichen personenbezogenen Daten eingeben nur um ein Ticket zu kaufen?

Leider behauptet die App man hätte pflichtgemäß vergessen auszufüllen, was aber definitiv nicht der Fall ist. Man kommt nicht weiter und somit ist eine Registrierung unmöglich. Leider in der aktuellen Version unbrauchbar

Das Ticketsystem und die App der Messe Köln hätte von einem vierjährigen mit Arduino besser und vor allem fehlerfreier programmiert werden können. Als Aussteller erhält man für das Ticket nur noch einen elektronischen Code, der dann nicht funktioniert. Stress und Ärger schon vor Messebeginn. Warum eigentlich kriegen alle anderen Messegesellschaften in anderen Städten sowas hin (ja, die Apple Wallet hat sich mittlerweile mittlerweile durchgesetzt liebe Messe Köln)?

Man muss sich eine App runterladen, die für ältere Geräte nicht verfügbar ist und bei Geräten, wo der Download der App erfolgreich war, kommt ein Validation Error bei der Registrierung. Die Tatsache, dass man für ein Ticket eine nicht funktionale App downloaden muss - inklusive Accountregistrierung - ist einfach nur ein Armutszeugnis. In heutigen Zeiten wo QR Codes, Apple Wallet und andere Möglichkeiten existieren und generell digitale Tickets so unkompliziert und ohne irgendwelche Anmeldungen verfügbar sind, versucht ihr den Ticketerwerb so komplex wie möglich zu gestalten.
