Had it happen half a dozen times before I realized what was happening. I think even creating the widget deleted the profile I’d created **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry for the frustrating experience. You're right that swiping shouldn't cause unexpected changes to your plan. We identified a bug where plans could be unintentionally reset or recreated under certain conditions, and we've fixed this issue in the upcoming update. To clarify: on the free version, only one plan is available. If you swipe to other plans, the app shows the premium upgrade screen (not to trick you, but because multi-plan tracking is a premium feature). Your original plan should remain intact. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback — it helps us make the app better for everyone. ### 3/5 — Inaccurate *2025-01-01, version 2.3.5* The phone’s cellular data usage tracking within the app is inaccurate despite having all settings configured correctly. For instance, my cellular plan resets on the 6th of each month with a maximum of 3GB per month. However, the app often displays discrepancies. For example, it may show 2.35GB of data used out of 3GB, while my cellular provider, TELUS, reports 90% usage (2.5GB). These inconsistencies have resulted in exceeding my data limit multiple times. That said, the app’s user interface is highly intuitive, smooth, and lightweight, which enhances the overall experience. ### 3/5 — Nice data usage app *2024-12-24* I like the app and appreciate that rollover data was added with additional features, however I dropped one star because there is no onetime lifetime purchase option and I’m not a fan of subscriptions. It would be much more useful if the overall usage meter could be synced to your data usage period instead of automatically resetting at the first of every month. **Developer response:** Hi. Under the “Plans” section tap the (>) schevron next to the plan you want to edit. It makes it easy to monitor your data. While Wi-Fi tracking would be a nice addition, it's still a must-have for managing data effectively. I like the fact that the graph/widget does the daily-data-math (Grey thin line) to stay in-line within inputed data plan limits Great Job Any Additional Features would be bonus: 1) Possible: Setting a reminder to reset data at the end/start of the cycle. - Or Even Have it Do it Automatically, with a simple confirmation triggered **Developer response:** Thanks for the review and feedback!
