If you apply for a loan of $1,000.00 pesos in 91 days for 6 payments, the total amount payable would be only $1,174.00 pesos and your payments would be only $196.00 pesos. That means you would only pay $77.00 pesos in interest, a commission of $73.00 pesos, VAT of $24.00 pesos, and CAT of 165.7%

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

I’m an Australian in Australia with a US Apple account.

There appear to be two versions of this app.

I cannot download the app that the Australian site links to. “App not available in your country”.

When I search for the Didi Driver app, I get the USA one I guess?

When I try and log in with my Aussie phone number, I get sent a verification code. 

It says “too many attempts try again later”.

It doesn’t matter if I uninstall and wait 24 hours or a week or more, I get the same message each time I try. 

When I log in with my American phone number, the verification code works. But the that app refuses to upload my Australian drivers license. 

Get it together Didi!
I drive with Uber no problem, the app works. 

Just use one Diver app no matter where we are in the world. 

Because of this discrepancy I cannot access the app.

I can’t even log into the app. If I type in the code they send my phone number, it says “too many attempts,
Try again later.”

I rang support, and all they said was to delete the app and try again in 24 hours. Totally useless. So I guess I’ll keep driving with Uber etc, and not Didi.

お客さんがレシートが出ない仕組みをわかってない。なぜお客様用アプリで説明を入れない？毎回説明するのも、説明したら不満げな顔されるのもクソほどめんどくさい。それに、金額聞かれたら評価までしないと金額見せれないのも、普通に考えたら手間かかってるってわかるだろ。早く治せ

会社から支給されたタブレットが誤反応、充電を外したら勝手に電池が切れるなど不備だらけでiPadの方が使いやすいと思ってアプリを入れ替えたらiPadは縦にしかならずめちゃくちゃ使いづらい。売上にも響くので一刻も早く横画面対応してほしい。

En las tarifas 0% no respeta la tarifa que aparece al conductor le aparece una tarifa y al usuario una más baja está descontando al usuario la comisión es una falla que se debe corregir ya que afecta las ganancias

UberとDidiでライドシェアをしています。
【良い点】
・配車依頼時に料金と行き先が表示されるので、承諾する心理的ハードルが下がる
・アプリ内マップはGoogleに変更できるので、いちいち画面を切り替える必要がない
【悪い点(改善して欲しい点）】
・進行方向とは真逆の迎車地点かつ短距離の配車依頼が来る。はっきり言って元は取れないしコストだけかかるので、位置情報と関連して上手く調整できないものか。道路によってはUターンもできないし、承諾しても即キャンセルされる。お客様の立場からもお互いに不利益。
・これは配車依頼アプリ側への改善要望なので、厳密にはドライバアプリの問題ではないのですが、配車依頼時は乗車人数を入力マストにし、車両タイプはその人数に対応できる車両だけマッチングできるようにして欲しいです。私はFセグメントセダンで業務をしていますが、お客様から「大人4人と子供2人乗れるか」と承諾後にメッセージで聞かれたので、人数オーバーで泣く泣くキャンセルになったことがあります。お客様側アプリでは大型車を選択されたようですが、、、

長年放置されている音声周りのバグについて、早急な調査をお願いします。
Apple Musicなどの音楽再生中に本アプリを使用すると、音が途切れ途切れになる現象が続いています。アプリを再起動すると解消されるため、音声リソースの解放処理（メモリ管理）に問題があるように見受けられます。音楽を聴きながら稼働するドライバーは多いため、この不安定さは致命的です。
また、評価システムについても2点提案があります。
現在、Uberでは4.96の評価をいただいていますが、DiDiでは4.5に留まっています。現状の任意評価では不満を持つユーザーのみが書き込む傾向が強いため、以下の機能を検討してください。
1.	評価の義務化： Uberのように乗車後すぐに評価画面を表示し、全ユーザーに評価を促す仕組み。
2.	不当評価の保護： 低評価を頻繁につける特定の乗客による点数を除外する保護機能。
「満足している層」の評価も反映される仕組みにしない限り、適正なスコアは保てません。改善を期待しています。

3. 高速料金や迎車料金
Uberと同じように事後修正できるようにしてください。今は入力ミスがあると、減額修正はできるが増額修正はできないので自己負担になり大変不便。
