A passenger made a fake report claiming I was texting while driving, even though my phone was on a dashboard mount for GPS. DiDi immediately issued a permanent warning and restricted my account without any real investigation. They rely on copy-pasted automated replies and ignore clear dashcam video evidence from drivers. Driver fares seem to be changed frequently without clear notice or explanation, and the rates have been getting lower and lower. For example, I am now seeing DiDi Max trips from Sydney Airport T1 to the CBD paying only around $26. For a larger vehicle, considering fuel, maintenance, depreciation and waiting time, these fares are simply not worth it. Drivers deserve transparent pricing and proper notice when fare structures change. Constantly reducing what drivers earn without clear communication destroys trust in the platform. DiDi keeps reducing driver fares without clear notice or transparency. Drivers are being offered increasingly low fares while having to cover fuel, maintenance, depreciation and other operating costs themselves. The current fares are becoming unacceptable.
