I cancelled the subscription before the trial was over, yet somehow it turned my subscription back on. I cancelled for the second time, once again it auto restarted my subscription and charged my card. There is no number to contact the number. Only an email address. Horrible app, essentially no customer service, and takes you money. Stay far away from this app ### 1/5 — Can’t Try It Without subscription *2024-06-23, version 1.2* I would have liked to at least try the app before having to pay but you are required to enter payment information before you even get to try the app for 14 days. However whenever I go to update cars it will crash every time. It crashes ALL the time. It’s very annoying because then it sends me to the top of the list and I have to scroll to where I was and It’ll do the same thing a few cars later. It’s fantastic and has allowed me to refine how I collect and keep track of my collection. I can also see what I have when buying to see if I already have the piece I am trying to buy. Fantastic value for money and a great digital way of tracking your collection and seeing what other collectors have. An absolute must. I’ve used spreadsheets, some collection tracking apps, and nothing has fit my collecting needs until now. At 1st I wasn’t sure about paying a subscription fee, but realistically… as a hot wheels collector, it’s the cost of a single hot wheel, so it isn’t breaking the bank. This app is literally what I have been wishing for! Not only does it let you track individual castings, but also indicates any variations. Needless to say I now know of numerous variations I didn’t even know about, and as the database grows, I’m sure I’ll find even more.
