Piccola nota, quando si è fuori casa spesso capita che la stufa risulta non raggiungibile, e di conseguenza non riesco ad interagire con la stufa stessa. Ri aggiorno la mia valutazione, dopo, gli ultimi aggiornamenti l’app non comunica bene con la stufa, la modalità Chrono non si riesce ad impostare come si deve, l’operazione non va a buon fine, si deve provare e riprovare. Purtroppo questo problema lo riscontro anche su i telefoni Android. Risolvete questi bug, perché così l’app risulta inutilizzabile. ### 1/5 — App indigne du poêle *2026-03-07, version 8.126* Le poêle Ghibly est plutôt intéressant, de bonne facture, par contre l’application est ridicule. Instable, les programmations disparaissent régulièrement. Je ne vais pas m’attarder sur les détails mais si le poêle en lui même est plutôt haut de gamme l’application a du être développé par un amateur. C’est vraiment dommage. ### 1/5 — L’application bug *2026-01-25, version 8.126* Elle ne fonctionne pas. Plus possible de régler le Chrono. Du coup, application qui ne sert pas à grand chose. ### 4/5 — Application lié au poêle Bump 👍 *2026-01-08, version 8.119* App qui fait le job. J’ai un poêle Dielle Bump. Je regrette juste que pour la partie programmation, on peu juste choisir les horaires de début de de fin. Il pourrait être bien de pouvoir par plage horaire choisir la puissance de ventilation (Auto, P1,P2,…) et la température souhaitée (même si le poêle ne l’atteint pas pendant la plage horaire) Application is working as expected, I have a new Dielle Bump pellet stove. It is sad, for the scheduling we can only set start and end hours. It could be nice if in // we can set a dedicated temperature (even if the stove does not reach target during the window) and adjust the ventilation (auto, p1,p2…) by schedule. ### 1/5 — Laborieux *2025-12-29, version 8.119* Mise en route de l’application et du poêle problématique, obligé de trouver un téléphone sous Android pour pouvoir le paramétrer un mois. Après une mise à jour a été faite impossible de connecter un iPhone sur ce Poêlé . Adresse e-mail, inconnue, etc. etc. Obligé de déplacer un technicien qui passera un temps certain à résoudre le problème.. Au prix de ce Poele, je trouve cela plutôt lamentable ### 1/5 — Vergognosa *2025-12-28, version 8.119* Applicazione con funzionalità e velocità di risposta alla modifica semplicemente imbarazzante. L’applicazione si pianta quasi sempre, non salva le modifiche e ultimamente non trova più la mia stufa. Ho dovuto disinstallarla e rifare il login e ripetere l’installazione della stufa da capo, una vergogna. Poi non vede in tempo reale e in diretta lo stato della stufa e prima che si riesca a spegnerla/accenderla da applicazione passa un’eternità. Necessita di un gran bell’aggiornamento e aiuto. ### 1/5 — Non si connette più al server ! *2025-12-28, version 8.119* Da ieri non si connette più al server , il modulo 4 heat ha tutte e tre le spie accese ma l’applicazione dice non raggiungibile!! Spero che facciate qualcosa per risolvere il problema ### 2/5 — Tanto da fare… *2025-12-26, version 8.119* App pessima per la mole della stufa/caldaia, non puoi fare nulla puoi solo controllare quando riesci ad accendere fuori casa, non puoi modificare potenze , puoi solo alzare la temperatura della caldaia….
