DiepeRust is the app for breathing exercises that work right away. Sometimes you feel it inside: a tight chest, thoughts that keep going, no rest. DiepeRust gives you a breathing exercise that works with one tap.

Choose what you need right now:
• Stress – 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out
• Can't sleep – 4 seconds in, 7 hold, 8 seconds out
• Restless – 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out
• Panic attack – 4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold
• Free breathing – calm, at your own pace

Every exercise guides you with a moving ball and calming sounds. You always know when to breathe in and out.
