## What is Diet Prize?

Calorie counting...with a twist.

Counting calories is the most effective way to lose or control your weight. Your body weight is entirely dependent on your net calorie intake. Traditional calorie counters add up your calories and show you a running total throughout the day.

Diet Prize doesn't.

It hides your total until the end of the day to motivate you to stay under your goal. At night, when your cravings are the strongest, you are left wondering, "Can I eat this?" If you stick to it, you will re-train yourself to instead ask "Am I really hungry."
