فخور جداً إنه في تطبيق كويتي يوصل لمرحلة عالمية من التصميم والاخراج و الانيميشن كل شي عجيب!

الحلو بالتطبيق الجديد انه تقدر تغير تفاصيل دقيقة جداً من عدد جرامات البروتين والكاربز وكل شي تقدر تفصله على رغبتك. هم تقدر تعرف لما تختار الوجبات عدد الكالوريز والكاربز وكل التفاصيل الصحية.
ماله داعي تتصل على مركز الخدمة ابداً كل شي واضح بالابليكيشن

Since this is an app related to food plans I find it strange that it was blocking my negative reviews of certain meal selections.  I kept getting the “you cannot review this at this time” message I’d I had more than one negative review of different days meals.

Which brings me to my next and most important issue…the food.  I find that although it may be calorically controlled, the food choices aren’t the most healthful.  Flavor is lacking when it could easily be adjusted without compromising calories with spices.  Some dishes have no flavor and then other ones (the garlic riced cauliflower comes to mind” have an unreasonable and not very “chef” indicative amount of chunks of garlic in them.  

I did a full 30 day plan just to give it a fair go and I won’t be renewing.  I have 13 days left and I am of the “I would rather skip a meal than eat that” mindset.  

On the bright side this experience has reminded me that I can and inspired me to definitely meal prep healthy meals with all of these containers cheaper and tastier.

فكرة التطبيق اكثر من رائعه ولكن للاسف تم تحديد الوجبات بدون مقابله او تحاليل او اي فحوصات او اخذ قياسات او موازين (فقط مكالمه هاتفيه) وانا وصاحبي اللي فرق كبير باوزانا نفس الوجبات والكميات، الحين ندخل علي تقييم كل وجبه كل الوجبات لمدة الاشتراك كامله وانا اقيم يوميا ٣٠ صنف ولا اكو اب استجابه لاي من الملاحظات واعتقد انها لاتقرأ ولا حتي الاتصال الهاتفي (اخذوا ملاحظاتي ولا اكو اي فايده)
الملاحظات: الشوربه ماي (خفيفه جدا)، السلطه في اغلب الاحيان الخس اصفر اطرافه واحيانا مافيه روح (ذاوي) جزء كبير من الوجبات مو نفس الوصف او الصوره (مثلا توستتين واللي يوصلك وحده قاصينها نصين، الكميات قليله جدا لدرجه انها لاتكفي طفل مو رجر راشد)

لا انصح بهم ابدا ابدا ابدا
