I’ve been trying to find an app that helps me track my calories while also keeping me in check with what i’m putting in my body. this app is great! my favorite feature is the grocery list, it helps me see exactly what i need to buy for my meal prep without overspending and having to plan myself.

I don’t like using big company products so I only download apps that I see fit so I  can easily say this one is one of genuine care they put into the app all their features are so well and I can say it’s a really good app that more people should use.

I never thought I’d actually use a health app, but this changed my mind. The grocery list feature is my favorite. I can plan all my meals and have everything I need delivered without ever leaving the house.
