So what are you supposed to do? ### 1/5 — Can’t login or sign-up *2020-09-29* Downloaded the app hoping to streamline my dig tests. But when I open the app it takes me directly to a login with no option to sign up first. I tried using my USIC info to login but, it won’t let me sign in I’ve tried over and over again and checked to make sure that my info is correct on the USIC site. Unable to look at tickets. ### 1/5 — Can’t create user account and... *2018-10-18* This app opens to the log-in screen with no option to create a user account. I work for a large company and rely on my states utility locate site to enter locates and get status updates on positive responses. I’ve been told by two USIC supervisors in my area to use this app; well, frankly i don’t want to use a proprietary app to check status updates. I have now had two occasions in the same week where a USIC Supervisor has informed me that the locate had been completed days ago while the state site still shows USIC’s locate to be ONGOING. If USIC employees have had to change their positive response updating process and are now using this or some other proprietary app designed to update the state sites - ITS NOT WORKING - AND ITS COSTING ME VALUABLE TIME!!! I don’t want your app... It even shows pictures if the locator takes them. Awesome app. Someone needs to get the word out about this app. This will save trips back to the dig site to verify exactly what and where has been marked. ### 5/5 — Too much complaining *2018-11-09* For everyone on here complaining about this app and not being able to register, you have to be a USIC employee to log in, anyone on here that says they are an employee and doesn’t know how to log in is either lying or is an idiot. We are given log in credentials by USIC. Everyone else don’t waste your time, this is a tool for USIC locators to keep track of tickets, upload pictures to them, etc..... ### 5/5 — Best Utility Damage Prevention App *2017-12-12* Excavators that use the app “will have less damages” primarily with facilities USIC locates but it has benefits in providing focus and awareness for all facilities in the ROW. ### 4/5 — Map view *2024-05-13* Need to fix the map view to see where the tickets are located. Mine show to be over 200 miles away and then disappear when I tap on them to zoom in and never reappear. ### 4/5 — P *2018-10-04, version 2.7.5* Need to add option to contact specific utilities in case of problems out on job.
