They lack customer service. I have reached out multiple times to have them manually upgrade my account cause I’m being charged for the ultra pro and nothing has been added to my account yet. I’ve sent them a message in Chat and sent an email I’ve heard nothing and it’s been 3 days. What's worse, their AI image generation sucks!!!! ### 1/5 — No cancellation, not recommended *2026-08-03* Update 1: They are lying. Subscribing to Digen AI looks like a trap. They get the money and disappear. To unsub you may need to hire a lawyer and get them to the court. Their costumer service is the worst the solar system. It is super expensive too. You pay $5 to generate 2 grok videos 6s each, which is ridiculous. It wasn’t like this before but after they introduced Pro token now you get nothing in return. You can get daily tokens but can’t use them for Grok, GPT imagine, etc. Even these useless daily tokens that are supposed to last 30 days, become zero after the end of the month even if they have 29 more days to go. If they say a service is unlimited it’s a lie. They are all limited and they charge you. Their IM and RM models are really bad and can’t edit or generate images properly. Anyway Digen AI is a trap because they don’t allow you to cancel. Check their Discord page and see what people say about them. Thank you for your understanding and support. ### 1/5 — Stay away! *2026-07-22* I joined Digen many months ago and enjoyed using their platform to create images and videos. I am a content creator and have used Digen almost nonstop every day. I started even telling people everywhere including Reddit how good Digen is. I did it for free because I felt Digen was good back then and I wanted to support them. 2 months ago I upgraded my plan to Ultra Pro. They did it quickly in under 30 minutes. Now after 2 weeks and many messages, and several emails I still haven’t received a response yet. Sometimes a person answers sorry and then disappears. Then more emails, messages, etc. but still no answer. So I’m not saying it’s a scam but the way they treat their costumers is really poor. On their Discord channel you always see people screaming to cancel their subscription, and they don’t do it! On their website, there is a section you can click on to cancel your plan but it has never worked. Anyway, my recommendation is to try Digen but don’t trust them and never apply for an annual plan because they won’t cancel it. They recently added Pro Meme which are expensive and very limited. To get you an idea, if you pay then $5 you can get 1000 Pro Meme which can be used to generate 2 x 6s Grok videos. They will give you normal Meme too but you can’t use them on good models including Chat GPT, Grok, Seedream, Seedance, … Also, every month when they give you your new monthly Meme they remove everything you have. They even remove the daily login Meme that have 1 month expiry date. But their system is bugged and your Meme don’t have a date, and that’s why they make it zero every month which is against their own TOS and usage agreement. Anyway, stay away from Digen and do not try any plan unless you accept the risks. I only hope they stop torturing their loyal customers, and acting like a scam service. Then they went in my account again and took another $19.99 out of my account so that’s pretty much $40 they have taken from my account . Digen gave me credits to start, so I tried image-to-video on a few landscapes. With only “camera push in,” it moved, but felt generic. When I wrote “slow push, late-afternoon side light, leaves barely moving,” it got closer to the actual trip. I also tried text-to-video for a beach scene; the framing was usable, and the rest came from rewriting the prompt. Explore helped — I borrowed how people structured prompts and swapped in my own photos. Daily credits are enough if I’m not in a rush. Four stars because you still spend time on the wording.
