DigestShun helps you track meals and digestive reactions so you can spot personal food patterns over time.

HOW IT WORKS
• Log foods by voice or typing
• Choose meal time and date (today or yesterday)
• Get a follow-up reminder after meals
• Record reactions such as gas, bloating, abdominal pain, or diarrhea
• Review weekly summaries to identify potential trigger foods
• Export the summaries by date or reaction to a CSV
