after update to new version, can’t using face id, always failed, until 3 times…
must be re-activation, but it can’t re-activation. i’m trying many times, but useless, wasting times. always failed too…

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. The DIGI bank bjb system is currently enhancing transaction security. After the application update, your password will expire. Please reactivate immediately using the following steps:
1. Press the "Login" button in the DIGI bank bjb app.
2. On the password entry page, tap "Forgot Password."
3. Press "Yes" to reactivate.
4. On the reactivation page, click "Yes," then enter your registered mobile number and email address.
5. Click "Activate" and ensure you are using the same cellular network as the registered mobile number.
6. Press the "checkbox" to agree to RIPLAY.
7. Enter your 8-character password and then your 6-digit PIN.
8. The activation process was successful.
Note:
The activation process uses the internet connection from the registered phone number, do not use Wi-Fi or data packages from a different phone number. Ensure the SIM card is stored in SIM 1.

Coba Admin/Developer/Penanggung Jawab Aplikasi, saya sarankan Install App Mobile Bank lain, biar tau mana app bagus dan yang kurang layak, jangan merasa sudah punya market nasabahnya sendiri, sehingga kualitas tidak ditingkatkan. Sedikit saya sebut Aplikasi ada banyak di Playstore/Appstore ditakutkan Phising, fitur cs masa iya harus download dulu App cuma untuk Layanan CS, kemudian Jaringan seluler error terus saat mau masuk, Hal kecil seperti Post Review aja Playstore/Appstore seperti kurang niat.
