As an NRI - app no longer registers and so I am considering shutting all my accounts ### 1/5 — App not working *2026-08-07, version 5.9.1* After update this app not working. After update sim binding was not working. Highly recommend that not to open DBS bank account, if your payment will stuck somewhere they will not help you with up to date statement. ### 2/5 — App getting worse *2025-07-25, version 5.3.1* I had opened some Fixed Deposits a few months ago. In first case It showed wrong rate of interest in their down loads. I had to e mail the bank to rectify the error. Also, recently opened another Fixed Deposit. Till date it doesn’t show in downloadable Certificates and Receipts but as the amount is displayed in my Account I am not bothered. I received the hard copy of FD by post but still on App the certificate is not visible and they want you to not insist for hard copy by post. ### 5/5 — Great App *2025-07-12, version 5.3.1* Great working app … best in India. ### 5/5 — Worst bank high maintenance fees *2025-04-27, version 5.2.3* Worst bank and bank app ever they’ll cut maintenance fees from your account without your permission, without thinking about if the person had only that money left with it or not. I was in a situation where I left with less money they cut it asap without permission or notice hated this app please don’t download it.
