Issues reported to customer support several time’s but no response, issues with logging in and connecting to servers. I have cancelled my subscription and will use a different competitor. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely disgusted with this company, been with them for over 10 years and all of a sudden not able to access servers , contact helpline and might as well ask my dog what the problem is, no feedback whatsoever, going elsewhere

Been with Digibit for years now and never had any issues , until 2 days ago , can’t login in on any device keeps saying incorrect password email I’ve message their support and keep getting the same response “all answers can be found in the knowledge base part of the web portal. I’ve done everything it recommends reinstall change password all to no avail. And no help from the support page at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere I’ll be cancelling my subscription straight away

Been with Digibit now for a few years and always found customer service great with great response times to issues raised. Now find that the App for IOS does not work and despite a number of messages via X, Facebook, Instagram and email I am still at a loss as to why the app is no longer working or if there is a known fix for the problem. Works fine on the Firestick but all I want to know is what the problem is with IOS and whether there is a fix. Looking elsewhere now for my VPN service.

Well, not working on iPhone. Just stopped working out of the blue. Can log in, but won’t connect. Really, really bad development. Has it even been updated in the last 3 years? I very much doubt this will even be read by the developers. Going to cancel and go with a more invested VPN.

Ordered VPN, took money straight away, username and password did not come until two days later, over a week now and it still says username and password still incorrect, though I am inputting everything in the welcome email that got sent todays after purchase.
