My only observation on it is that I think it’s more usable in Europe for purchasing etc. I wish it was more accepted in the States. It also sends assets (Digibytes) in 1-2 seconds P2P. I’ve seen a lot of Apps. This is the best in it’s class I’ve seen thus far! Sets a high bar. ### 5/5 — Developers and support staff are top notch! *2019-04-03, version 1.0.6* I installed the app and it was wonderful. Shortly after I noticed issues with the app and my coins. I reached out on a few digibyte communities looking for help. In less than one day a general announcement acknowledging the problem, explained the reasoning for the problem, provided a possible solution (aside from patience), and ensured the funds are secured. Considering how young the crypto realm is, the Digibyte mobile wallet is far ahead of anything else in the app store and perfectly compliments the revolutionary Digibyte Blockchain. ### 5/5 — Good but need to know that DigiByte changes wallet addresses *2018-08-15, version 1.0* I made my first ever transaction with a large amount (yeah - not a good idea I know). It didn’t arrive for a while so I checked the address and found it was different from the one I sent to. Nearly had a heart attack and frantically went into recovery mode, which also hung. I thought I had screwed up and sent to the wrong address, all my money gone! But then the balance showed up and I read up on it. DigiByte creates different receiving addresses for each transaction! Whew. Would be nice if this showed pending transactions and/or previously used addresses for some peace of mind. App looks great otherwise. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your review. Recovery key does not work *2023-01-10, version 2.0.1* I attempted to transfer the wallet using the recovery key to a new device. Verbatim it did not work. Thank goodness I was able to power up the old device and move the funds that way. Do not use this wallet or invest in this coin. They don’t update the software and there is no development happening here. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-07-26, version 2.0.1* Wallet doesn’t let me send any coins out! I cloud mined over 1k DGB but can’t send anything out from wallet. It freezes every time I click max and I have to shut down close wallet and restart. I have had 1 successful transfer in 6 months! ### 1/5 — Confusing *2020-08-18, version 1.0.12* I just want to see how much is in my wallet, but every time I open the app it shows the current block syncing progress. I don’t know why I would need to see this, I literally just want to see what I have but in order to do so I have to go to settings and click sync block chain every time?? If that even works. I’m currently waiting. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Blockchain synchronize stuck *2019-03-29, version 1.0.6* I regularly open the app and check on current prices, however after recently trying to open I am stuck in a never ending cycle of connecting/synchronizing that never gets past 5%. No settings have been changed on my end and I can’t imagine what I could have possibly done to reset anything. I can’t find any videos or info on your site to understand how to use this app without having to do everything on my desktop first. Can someone help me? I would like to purchase this on my phone like I use Coinbase. Please make this process more user friendly. You can use it with your fa­vorite ex­change to­geth­er. ### 2/5 — No longer reflects current price *2021-03-29, version 2.0.0* One of the reasons you get a digital wallet is to keep your coins secure. I do like how this wallet is set up, and ease of access. My issue is my total dollar amount stopped reflecting against the current prices (stuck at ~0.066 per coin for weeks now). From my understanding the host name may have changed that provides this info to the wallet. But whatever the cause, when will this get fixed? I will update my review when it does. ### 3/5 — Digiasset unresolved *2022-01-12, version 2.0.1* I have a digiasset that will not resolve. Tried everything. Digiasset create is not an option but video on their website stated we can create digiasset from the mobile wallet ### 3/5 — Decent but needs work *2021-04-14, version 2.0.1* My balance shows 0 since the latest update. Sync times are long so long the app seems broke. Moments after I input my pin it crashes. I do it over and over. Now, I’m starting to feel a bit insane. I thought it was a fluke or a happenstance at first. I thought perhaps the iOS needed to be updated (which I did, but with no new results). It is extremely important I gain access to my funds today. Digibyte just keeps getting better and better! ### 5/5 — DigiByte Wallet is that amazing *2019-07-26, version 1.0.10* The wallet works pretty well. Sending and receiving DigiBytes from one address to another is fast that it makes me excited for its future. Signing into websites by using Digi-ID makes it really secure and convenient when logging into my account (ex. CryptoBantam).
