Causing me not able to call home . ### 3/5 — Digicel international: Very affordable *2020-10-12, version 2.3.1* This was a great way to call overseas for little or nothing, we were not aware of this service until we were told that whats App is a third party operator and AT&T is being charged. Price are consistent and efficient compared to other carriers. When I dial the number I get a fast busy signal which means that the call is not going through. Customer service they gave me an 800 number to access the service outside without the app. The access # works fine BUT the problem is the rate on their 800 number is twice the rate of the app, so instead of paying $.10 per minute on the app, I have to pay $.20 per minute. I was told by Customerservice that I should uninstall and reinstall the app, but that still did not fix the problem with the fast busy signals with all the numbers I call. I don’t see why I have to pay twice the amount when the app should at half the price.
