Luckily the one today- after having paid for genuine request I received to bank alerts of insufficient funds to proceed to cover two other plans I had only looked at before confirming which to send . The first time this happened was a few weeks ago . Reported to Digicel who are trying to tell me the additional , same plan had been sent to another number . Which isn’t the case . So recently sent more screenshots to show that the same plan was sent to a different number 2 days before. Hopefully , this will resolve the problem and I’ll recieve my refund .
