Right off the bat, holy cow is the constant verification code requirement annoying and such poor app design. Second, why is it that when someone is using my hotspot to create an account, they just have access to MY account and its details? On top of that, instead of the verification code/text being sent to ME because I have the account registered to MY number, THEY receive the text/code? Absolutely terrible and such an unnecessary jump to a new app (AGAIN) that nobody asked for.

Unable to create an account using overseas number even though it says we can use without Digicel number. Unable to receive security code via sms. Secondly cannot use Fiji sim to sign back in.

'Ask Ruby' function and 'top up using bank card' function keeps crashing or loading up to 30-77% before crashing. Useless app that defeats the convenience of online top up purpose.

Have tried time and time again to download and register. Error at the registration page prevents use. Useless app and a convenient way to steal user data and sell it to competition text message services which will proceed to incessantly message 3-4 times a day.
