I have been using DigiClass for nearly more than 5 months and I really like how it gets better every time it gets updated. I was surprised by the feature that uses Face ID wifi and Bluetooth to track attendance. And it is amazing how I can get to know my group Through sessions info which saves time and effort. Thank God we have DigiClass!!!! Whenever a technical issue is found by students and reported it never seems to be taken seriously. There is no valid technical support and even if there was there is no vlear way to contact them other than through E-Mails that they never reply to anyways. The constant addition of buggy technical features at the beginning of every year that make trouble shooting even worse as time goes on. In our online sessions they keep on marking us absent even though we take the attendance using the face ID, and when we contact them they blame our devices. Absolute nonsense, also the doctors themselves don't know how to cope with the system and they are not trained enough to use this modern technology. So I suggest to go back to the manual registration and this will be a solution to many problems.
