We've updated how subscriptions work.

Monthly and yearly Business plans are now purchased securely on our website instead of within the app.
Go to Plans & Pricing in the app and tap Subscribe on Web to complete your purchase in your browser.
Return to the app after payment—your workspace and modules will refresh automatically.
Your free trial can still be started directly in the app at no charge.

Login Update

When logging in, enter the given mobile number 7521921710, as I have updated, and the OTP is 123456. Last time, you entered the wrong OTP.


1. Paid users are business owners/admins (hotels, restaurants, organizations). This is B2B SaaS. Employees may use unlocked tools after invite, but do not buy plans. Not for consumers or families.

2. Subscriptions are purchased only on our website: https://console.digigo.io (Plans & Pricing), via web payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay/Cashfree). The app does not use Apple In-App Purchase; it directs users to the web console to subscribe.

3. With an active subscription, users can access digital business modules such as Hotel Management (HMS), HRMS/attendance/payroll, Restaurant, Visitor management, CRM, Inventory, and other add-ons included in their plan.

4. All paid subscriptions/modules are unlocked after purchase on https://console.digigo.io (or during free trial). Nothing is sold through Apple IAP. The app only reflects access already granted to the business account.

5. Sold only to businesses/organizations (enterprise B2B), not to single consumers or for family use. One business subscription can cover multiple authorized staff by role/permission.

6. Accounts are free via mobile OTP / DigiGo login. No fee to create an account or register a business. Payment is only if the business later chooses a paid plan on the website.

7. No. We do not sell physical goods with digital content. DigiGo Business sells digital SaaS software only. Any hotel/restaurant guest transactions are the customer’s own business operations, not DigiGo physical product sales.
