I have an active Airtel Chennai SIM card which has been in use for so many years. I started my digigold investment and before completing my first 300 days they have blocked me from paying . Maturity date has extended for 5 days . As per their benefits they are flexing the app . No proper response from the employees or the store. One of the worst investment platform I have ever met . Best u can go for aura gold app for digi gold or lalitha jewelry for the best monthly scheme , best of whole India. However, the app performance is quite disappointing. When making a payment, it takes a lot of time to process, and if I try to make another payment immediately after the first 100 rupees, the app becomes extremely slow. It seems to be a technical issue with the app itself.
