It’s the first item listed in the app description and nowhere to be found in the app. I’ve email app support > 5 times and received no response in over a month. Their customer support number has no idea what I’m talking about. Maybe they have someone who will read this but otherwise I don’t have high expectations for ever figuring out where to find it if it actually exists. ### 2/5 — Not possible to change currency *2026-07-04, version 4.60.0* After login, currency cannot be changed. The option in the settings screen does nothing. If not logged in, it works. The UI is incredibly buggy, things like having to tap below the button I’m trying to press, or having to add or remove search filters multiple times before it actually applies. But what really does it for me, is that half the time I try to add an item to my cart, it gives me a pop up that says something along the lines of “we’ve encountered an error, please try again later”. Furthermore, I haven’t been able to create or add anything to a wishlist. The final straw was earlier today, I had had enough and deleted then redownloaded the app. I figured I’d log in again and hopefully I can at least have a wishlist to add to. But nope! It won’t even let me sign in! It says something like “this account is pending and should be processed in 24 hours” EVEN THOUGH I’VE HAD THIS ISSUE FOR WEEKS! I may be a small fry when compared to companies buying in bulk, but I will no longer buy from DigiKey until they fix this godawful app. ### 1/5 — No login possible. As in: no login screen *2024-10-18, version 4.58.1* The first time I tried logging in, it said my account was “pending” or some such… so I logged in on my laptop and merrily bought what i needed. Now the app cannot be logged into at all. Deleted. Automation Direct’s app is better, and they *don’t have one* ### 3/5 — Quality parts in stock *2024-09-13, version 4.58.0* The app is pretty handy when making a parts list for a project. Would be extremely useful if DigiKey could add a parts cross reference/substitution feature. Reinstalling the app did not help. You also cannot do a sort values. You can only sort by price, quantity, and part number. Not Lastly, digikey selection seems to contain a lot of parts that are not stocked or obsolete. How about making the default settings skip obsolete or non stocked parts? It would greatly reduce the noise. Others provide limited access to the World’s enormous variety of components but even then only at greater expense. Digikey’s deep inventory, immediate shipment and highly trained professional staff are available to moderate operations.
