## What is DigiLifeScience AR?

The DigiLifeScience app provides Augmented Reality learning experiences on topics in the Life Sciences to support interactive and motivating learning for students at Life Science universities across Europe. Since the AR experiences are freely available, they can be used by all interested individuals, such as teachers in their STEM classes, as well as for professional and private training and learning purposes.

"DigiLifeScience" (Digitalization of Life Sciences) is a follow-up project to the KA2 project named COVIMO ("COVID-19 pandemic as an 'opportunity window' for the transition towards new and more inclusive internationalization through virtual mobility"), funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ program (https://covimo.czu.cz/en). The app was developed in collaboration between the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU University, www.boku.ac.at) and other universities in the CASEE network (ICA Network of Central and Southeast European Higher Education Institutions with a focus on Life Science disciplines, https://www.ica-casee.eu/about-casee).

We've made several improvements and fixed some bugs to enhance your experience:

- Fixed the mass spectrometry lab experience to ensure smoother interaction.
- Adjusted splash screen timing so that text appears only after the splash has completed.
- Retained the Spatial Audio feature for an immersive experience.
- Improved eye splash sequence—now, the text appears at the right moment to avoid irritation.
- Updated Carrot Lab visuals: The carrot is now displayed correctly before cutting, and the scale display has been adjusted where possible.
- Restored missing elements: Pipettes and clock are now visible in the lab.
- Fixed plasma startup issue: The sequence now functions as intended without getting stuck.
