### 1/5 — Don’t bother, app doesn’t work

I received a connection request via email. I requested a Magic Link (using the same addy as connection request) because I forgot my password, and nothing!

Sorry to hear you had an issue with the Magic link. The good news is that the problem has been solved after you reported it. 

Unfortunately at that time we didn't have a notification for reviews, but they will be monitored in the future. 

We recommend to use support@lounjee.com for any support inquiry though.
