## What is DIGIPASS for Business Banking?

This app has been developed by Vasco on behalf of Fiserv.  This app will help protect your application by using a PIN or the fingerprint recognition (depending on your device capabilities).

DIGIPASS for Business Banking for iPad/ iPhone allows online users to generate One Time Password and Digital Signature on their devices to perform safe login and transactions.

After activating the application, you will be able to conduct safe money transfer and safe login to your online application (The app must be activated by scanning a CRONTO image on online application).

Like previous opinions, no instructions and how to get this app up and running.

These instructions are just awful. In order to get this app to work, you have to set it up using two portable devices.  You input different information on each device. The problem is the instructions just talk about “device“ without clarifying at all which device you’re supposed to be putting the required information into. So after about 10 tries you finally guess right It’s a 25 minute process and completely ridiculous.

Instructions are also lengthy wordy and ambiguous. Whoever wrote them should lose their job.

The reviews left on this app are by people who don’t realize that this needs to connect to your bank. It opens to a camera so you can scan a QR code that your bank gives you through your website and after that it’s fairly intuitive. It is bizarre that it NEEDS your location though.

If your banking and using this app, please take comfort in knowing that your location IS stored somewhere... your bank won’t know where and the people whom put the app on the App Store won’t know where... but hey the ACTUAL developers, whom have ZERO responsibility to you, your bank or anyone may have your EXACT location on file forever... Got a few million plus in the bank, hey someone knows your exact location to hold you hostage... do business in foreign counties, yeah they most likely now have your exact location also, because the idiots programmers didn’t encrypt this data!  Run to your bank and REFUSE to use this joke of a soft token that the sales finagled to your small bank!!
