New: Exercise section - track runs, walks, and bike rides with a stopwatch and lap timer, or log strength workouts using built-in routines (Back and Bi Day, Chest and Tri Day, Legs) with set tracking, rest timers, and personal record history for every exercise. Exercise stats and goals - Weekly Review now includes your exercise activity, and Goals can track numeric targets like "run 100 miles" linked directly to your logged sessions.

New: Notes in Journal - A lightweight note type for quick thoughts, alongside Gratitude and Chronicle entries. The mood picker is also more compact once you've made a selection.

Redesigned navigation - A cleaner bottom tab bar for Home, Goals, Exercise, Journal, and Focus, replacing a crowded top toolbar.
