It would be great to have a sample of a track before you buy, rather than spending money and then being disappointed. What is with the aggressively barking dogs on the resilience track? I find the volume between music and voice out of balance and drowns out the words. Basically I can get only relaxation from the music making all pills the same benefit. I purchased one additional pill but got the same benefit as the free pill. These “pills” truly affect your subconscious mind in a way that is unmatched by any other hypnotist or meditation guru. I have tried every other app on the market, but always end up coming back to this one when I need to make sure to get things back on track. At 22 minutes into the Sanctuary Pill a dog barks a few times in the background. It takes away from the session and brings down the quality of the recording. Stunning actually! *2024-08-13, version 2.2.2* First off, as a psychologist & behaviour analyst I would usually reject such an idea immediately. But, I’m also a soundtrack composer. One day I tried the Creativity hypnosis. Nothing happened for hours then I stopped by my studio and composed and played & recorded IN REAL TIME a chorale symphony- I simultaneously played the entire orchestra, the choir and the solo cello at the same time. I recorded a 7 minute symphonic movement in 7 minutes… And I shouldn’t have been able to, that’s savant level. The piece came out complete. Every time I’ve used that meditation at some point in ~24hrs I unthinkingly sit down and pump out a huge gorgeous piece better than I know how to. Beyond that they are also ENJOYABLE hypnosis meditations. I’m also a trained hypnotist & the only thing which drives me CRAZY is one hypnosis that woman says “now… take a deep breath in… (long pause) in through your mouth” MOUTH!!? Anyone who took a one day course knows you aren’t overly specific. Personally I always breath in through my nose so hearing this cognitive dissonance pops me out of hypnosis like a slap to the face. The most basic mistake yet such excellent work in the rest of it. You’re trying to make rapport by your words matching their experience so why in gods name would you shove the words “through the mouth” unless you think everyone is a mouth breather. Pro tip: they aren’t. Great app 👍 Dumb mistake ### 5/5 — Far Out! *2024-07-29, version 2.2.2* Tonight was the first time I've listened to a DigiPill, and it was a great experience. Once I know if these have an effect, I'll write another review, but for this initial meditation, I have to say this was the most enjoyable meditation I've ever done. It was like a mind trip, and the words were poetic and ephemeral. The speaker had a wonderful, soft accent and a soothing voice. I am thinking about telling my siblings about it, but they'll probably ignore my suggestion. Their loss, for sure! ### 5/5 — My goto app *2024-05-27, version 2.2.2* Great APP, use it all the time. It’s all designed the way it is for a purpose and it works! I use this app to relax and as affirmation. Brian Colbert is an NLP master trainer, so the sentences are carefully designed to get our brain to absorb the messages. I also like the psychoacoustic music…. I think the music somehow helps me hear the suggestions as if the speaker is speaking inside my head.
