The bank staff ,i don't know who was he exactly but his position might be digital operations unit incharge Called with his personal number and threaten to send money without my debit consent. He threatened repeatedly for 3 times in short duration [approx 1] hour and periodically freeze,unfreeze her account and forced her to made the transactions.

The staff threatened mentioning i  has got an police case and blackmailed
The staff debited my account without my consent so please be aware before using this bank account you might get the similar fraud in future think deeply .
