Our company has been using the DigiSME software since April 2025. The software is very useful, but there are issues with the face attendance feature that need modification. We also need some improvements in field tracking. However, the most important aspect is customer support, and I’m very satisfied with it. especially with Kirtana Ma’am. Suddenly stop working on any phone. ### 1/5 — Worst service don’t go for this app *2024-12-11, version 1.0.241129* I strongly discourage anyone from using the DIGI SME app. The service is extremely poor, and the overall experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The support team lacks basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, making it impossible to resolve issues effectively. The recent updates have caused significant problems, such as difficulties in taking attendance, and the team has shown no accountability in addressing these concerns. Their communication is almost nonexistent, leaving users to deal with problems on their own. To make matters worse, the managers are harsh and uncooperative, adding to the frustration. Attempts to escalate issues are futile because there is no access to higher management. The MD's contact information and email are deliberately kept out of reach, leaving customers with no option for proper resolution. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service quality, and inefficient support make this app a complete failure for business operations. I do not recommend this application to anyone who values reliability, accountability, and competent service.
