I had tried 2-3 times and yet they again asking me to upload images. Since i have to apply get NOC i have no other option just to tf into my name from previous owner It is hitting my nerves. Being a product person myself this is the worst app I have ever used or even seen in the market. The development team should resign immediately and look for alternative career. Hours wasted on trying to record a video and upload for verification - and to no avail! Video recording crashes randomly at 85-90% completion stage. Worst part is you can not start recording the video without watching (every time!) the most uninspiring, boring and monotone instruction video that lasts several minutes. Then the recording crashes randomly. Eventually you get to upload but can not see the video you recorded! An email drops in your mailbox in a few mnts to say “video rejected due to vehicle identification issues”.
