If there is a way to reserve the slot while filling the rest out, that would be helpful. ### 3/5 — Change email link does not work *2026-01-22* I typed my email it too fast and missed a letter. Notifications are turned on in the app and on my phone. There needs to be a better way of communicating. The chat function is great and the diary is very useful. Seems just a bit buggy - it constantly shows red notification badges on the home and appointments icons at the bottom but when I open those screens there’s nothing new. ### 5/5 — Best Vet Ever! *2025-06-28* I’m not a huge fan of veterinarians due to previous experiences and I’ve been really lucky with healthy animals so I haven’t had to use them often but I knew with my new pup I was going to start her off on the right track. This clinic opened up last year and I pass by often and thought maybe..just maybe. I ended up calling and getting both of my dogs in quickly but on separate days. Well let me tell you…these folks treat you like your family and you don’t feel like you’re even in a veterinarians office. Every single person I encountered there was just absolutely awesome! And post op you don’t get a call from a tech…the DOCTOR calls you! I’ve never heard of that happening before. And they talk to you like a friend and they don’t rush you through the process or the conversation. That was impressive and also important to me because I have a lot to say. They address every concern, they don’t try to push unnecessary products and services on you either. They truly care about you and your pets experience with them. They don’t want your pet traumatized from a visit there and have anxiety and stress each time you bring them back. I mean they really do care! On every level! If you haven’t tried them, you must. It’ll be the best experience you and your pet will ever have. You’ll make friends with your veterinarian and look forward to seeing them again. And so will fluffy! I’ve tried multiple times between July and now to use the app, and it never loads. I was hoping the update would fix that issue but it didn’t. I tried to contact the developer through their website, but when I submitted my comment, I got an error message. **Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve identified the issue that caused the app to crash, and it has been fixed in the latest version. Please update the app to the newest version, and everything should work smoothly again. ### 1/5 — cannot open *2024-09-09, version 2.6.65* “I have tried multiple times to download your app from the Apple App Store, but every time I open the app, it shows ‘version not supported.’ I don’t understand why this is happening, as I always download the latest version from the App Store, so why is it still not working? ### 1/5 — App keeps telling me to check my email *2024-08-21, version 2.6.64* I got the “magic link” and it just keeps sending me back to the app download page.
