It's so annoying having to delete and restore downloads each time I want to read it. ### 2/5 — Keep having to delete.... *2014-09-12, version 3.8.1* What is it with magazines on iPad? Every time a new edition comes out it just sits in a "queued" state, so I have to delete it from iPad and download the new issue and then all the previous issues too. A big pain in the As..... Also there are issues page turning which is not very fluid (freezes for a second to load a page). Absolutely terrible Future! I suggest that for the 'Future' you sort out this ridiculous app! Whoopie doo! ### 1/5 — ISSUE with issues not loading RUBBISH SUPPORT *2013-03-18, version 3.1.6* SUPPORT for this is RUBBISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AN OXYMORON !! You have customers but give them ZERO support. APRIL 2013 issue will not load I emailed saying that I had followed the advice on the web page - reboot iPad - reinstall app- and although previous issues would load April 2013 would not. received standard reply email merely repeating on web page! ZERO HELP!! Now have to take on APPLE for refund - heaven knows how long that will take. Got 1 star as system will not allow zero! Update :: loaded their updated app - rebooted iPad ( again) had to reload all old purchases again -- and still doesn't load April issue. Not good - glad I do not subscribe to this! ### 1/5 — Lost previous purchases *2013-02-22, version 3.1.3* Since the new update I have lost, but 1, previous purchases. I've even done the diagnostic wizard with no help! Wasted money, down the drain. I'll never buy digital magazines ever again! ### 1/5 — Crashes and Stuttery Video content *2013-02-20, version 3.1.3* Have been very disappointed with the new release of Digital Camera. Have had a number of crashes of the App, slow downloads of issues, unwatchable video content. The worst thing was the March 2013 issue stating it contained a gear review of the Canon 7D that didn't even appear in the magazine at all. Yet another example of Future publishing releasing App and content whilst not having the infrastructure to support it. I'll be requesting a refund. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Painful *2015-11-10, version 4.4* It's painfully slow, to open and to download issues. Needs to refresh every time I go into the library which doesn't work if you're not wi-fi connected. Issues are very expensive! Other Future Publishing titles have the same problem, just save yourself the heartache. ### 1/5 — Crashes every time *2015-02-13, version 3.8.1* Like others, I have to re-install and re-download the mags every time I want to read. So don't read much. Would be good if I was able to read it. (You have to put 1 in to be able to post review) Whether it's the new download or you want to browse and older issue 'you have purchased' 1 chance in a hundred it will download. Contacted support 3 times, no replies! I have an iPadAir and all other purchases and apps work fine. Spent money on magazines I can non longer read. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHY THIS SHOULD BE MORE THAN £1.99.
