Unfortunately I can never make a connection and receive an error message stating the connection is busy, try later. I have not be able to get on for almost two weeks. I have emailed “Melissa @ the IT person but she has not responded. I think I want a refund because what’s the sense of having it if it doesn’t work? In this busy world it’s always nice to have some assistance towards wellness goals. I experienced minor bugs at first but they’ve been fixed since and haven’t given me much issues at all. I love Deepak’s meditations and just his speaking voice is so soothing. I really want to love this app but the crashes are driving me insane! If this isn’t fixed I will be uninstalling this app as soon as the 7 day trial is over. My new best friend! ### 5/5 — Really innovative way to learn about meditation *2021-02-01, version 1.7* With all the stress of the times we’re living in, I was looking for a way to chill out. Control what ya can, y’know? Anyway, I read that meditation could help with that but I’d never tried it before. I always thought of it as ‘think no thoughts’ which seems impossible. However, the meditations in this app are so much more than that and I finally feel like I’m able to experience the benefits of meditation. The app can be a little glitchy at times but artificial intelligence is still such a new technology that I really can’t judge too harshly. I haven’t been able to finish a session yet. *2021-02-01, version 1.7* There is so much promise with this app but it is not robust enough now. It has crashed again and again for me. I have never made it through a session or a questionnaire. Perhaps offering a credit to those who have paid for the app and can’t use it for more than 5 or 6 minutes. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to report this issue! It organizes my meditations with reminders and it gives me practical informations on stress and diet, really love it ! I frequently get the error message, “unable to connect, try again in a few minutes”. I would suggest having a way for users to still be able to use the app recordings without needing to connect to the AI or else the app is useless. ### 1/5 — Keeps kicking off *2022-01-04, version 2.9* Very frustrating, paid for this membership and doesn’t work…. I was extremely excited to use it. Unfortunately I just kept getting a message that the app was busy and to check back later. I was on a free 7-day trial and wasn’t going to let the billing go through unless I was able to use the app to test it out. I am completely bummed. Hope this get fixed for the users. If it doesn’t work, I’ll need to cancel and I was really looking forward to this experience with Deepak. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2021-01-24, version 1.7* It worked the first time I downloaded it and then it crashed (iPhone XS) Got the 7 day free trial but can’t use it because the app crashes every time I open it. Deleted and reinstalled - same thing. Have been on the waitlist since August I believe. Excited to try this out. I liked it enough to purchase the whole year, so I did but this same update has now caused the app to crash every time I try to start it. But you can also follow his programs and go through different meditation/yoga exercises that is more like a traditional app. I’ve never seen an app like this. Deepak’s voice is soothing. I genuinely felt rejuvenated just after 15 minutes of using the app. Will definitely dive into it some more! As a side note I was hesitant about using an AI because it felt a little impersonal. But it honestly helped verbally talking things through without judgement. Because I feel like a lot of healing comes from the individual verbally communicating. I’ve been really stressed out lately but this app has been very helpful and calming! I love that it has different types of yoga you can do! Even just meditation.
