Gonna have to call them or login to their website. They also don’t appear to have a customer support page available. When clicking the link on the Digital Donor page for customer support, it leads to a broken webpage. Hopefully they release an update on this, I can’t believe how many reviews say logging in isn’t possible and they haven’t fixed it. For an example of how it’s broken: I plug in all my log in info, hit sign in, and the page just sits there. When attempting to log in, a colored bar pops up and nothing else happens. I’ve actually been using this app for a little over a year and it has worked really well for me, which is why I’m giving it four stars. For some reason, the app logged me out a few weeks ago, and I’ve been trying to get back in because it’s easier to access that the website. Unfortunately, when I press ‘log in’ it just sits there and does nothing. It doesn’t say my password is incorrect. It doesn’t say anything at all. Ever. I even tried using an incorrect password and it didn’t tell me that it was incorrect, it just didn’t do anything. I know the password I’m using is right, I logged into the website with it. It makes me really sad, because I like this app a lot, it’s very easy to use and to check when you can make another appointment and whatnot. I don’t know if there will be a fix to this, but I really hope so! ### 3/5 — Hard time login with app *2023-02-08* Very slow to reset password.
