### 4/5 — Seems like reasonable estimates

*2026-08-03, version 2.9.7*

Since it gets no slanted views of the cards, it won’t detect wrinkles and light creases and scratches. Other surface criteria send to be reflected pretty accurately. I really like the business model, buy credits spend credits. Much more flexible than the monthly subscription which sends pretty expensive.

### 1/5 — Shady tactics

*2026-07-28, version 2.9.7*

They ask you to rate their app and then after show you that it is a paid for service.

### 1/5 — Paid for subscription and didn’t get anything

*2026-07-27, version 2.9.7*

Paid 15 pounds to use this and its still telling me to buy a subscription??

### 1/5 — Wasn’t aware I had to pay for a subscription on top of credits

*2026-07-26, version 2.9.7*

I wasn’t aware the monthly fee would include zero grading? Not even one free so you can have a go.

### 1/5 — Gives out GEM-MT 10s like candy

*2026-07-24, version 2.9.7*

This app hands out GEM-MT 10s like it's going out of style. I have gotten 10s on cards that are at least 65/35 in a single direction. I designed and printed a rig to take the pictures with so lighting and placement is consistent. I thought maybe doing it freehand was leaving some variables out there that might have been affecting the grades in a positive way. But after using the rig, it still produces 10s over 90% of the time.

And to top it off, it only recognizes my card about 10-15% of the time. So not only do I not trust the grades that are being given, but I have to manually enter the overwhelming majority of my cards after scanning.

I don't feel bad about giving a 1* based on these issues with what they charge. (I can see why they don't do free trials. Nobody would sign up after.)

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-07-23, version 2.9.7*

Terrible app takes your money for a subscription for terrible results. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS

### 1/5 — Review

*2026-07-23, version 2.9.7*

Worst app ever money grab and waste of money won’t even scan my card and get it correct

### 2/5 — Cant grade an iconic card

*2026-07-23, version 2.9.7*

I got this app for a test I was running of AI graders, but it’s a waste of money for me. I graded a 1960 willie mayes and it seemed to work good and had a reasonable estimate. Then I graded a 1968 Topps Pete Rose and it recognized the card as being one of 5 different pokemon cards, but not as Pete Rose. Therefore, it basically wouldn’t grade the card. That card is iconic in the vintage sports genre. Very disappointed I wasted a months subscription for a test, but not as disappointed as I’m sure old Pete is knowing how much he looks like Ebon Drake.

### 1/5 — Can’t even test before paying

*2026-07-21, version 2.9.7*

No free trial, no test, just give them your contact information and then they try to charge you before you can see how the app works at all. Either you pay or you delete the app. Lame.

### 1/5 — waste of time

*2026-07-20, version 2.9.7*

guys don’t fall for the tiktok hype. PLEASE. this does NOT work as you think it does. those content creators are SPONSORED. i’ve used a few times and this app only gets it right 1/10 (meaning this ai you pay for only gets one grade right every 10 cards) waste of money.

### 1/5 — Never finds the correct card

*2026-07-17, version 2.9.7*

Greater the same card three times and got three different grades

### 1/5 — Dominic Wood

*2026-07-15, version 2.9.7*

I would rather walk down a flight of 100 stairs that are layered with slippery soap and water and break every bone in my body then use this app.

### 1/5 — Too much money

*2026-07-14, version 2.9.7*

It sucks

### 1/5 — Removed free version

*2026-07-14, version 2.9.7*

Loved this app and even paid for the high tier subscription at one point but now the free version is gone

### 1/5 — Thumbs down

*2026-07-14, version 2.9.7*

Taken multiple pictures of cards I want to grade and every time something different pops out on my grade for the same card. Plus I look up the card I’m trying to grade to let the software know which one it is because apparently the pictures I take are no good for it to analyze by its self. Once you search the card your self and click on it , it still adds a different card on file. Nothing but a headache and a loss of money. Wish I knew had to get my refund!

### 1/5 — AI Scan Not Working Properly

*2026-07-12, version 2.9.7*

Digital scanning was picking up Magic the Gathering cards when i was scanning in Michael Jordan Cards

### 1/5 — Do not download

*2026-07-09, version 2.9.7*

The app makes you click on sketchy links just to make a account then when you log in it make you pay a lot just to use it would not recommend

### 1/5 — Digital grading co sucks

*2026-07-08, version 2.9.7*

I wanted to grade my cards for free so I got this app and I have to pay 10 or 15 dollars to grade my card this is a scam and a waste of you money.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Do not buy - waste of money.

*2026-08-21, version 2.9.7*

Wish I’d read the other reviews before subscribing. The app is terrible. Doesn’t recognise any of the new Pokemon sets and it’s laggy. I couldn’t use it at all.

### 1/5 — Dosent work

*2026-08-13, version 2.9.7*

Dosent work! Had a 9.4 that it was super confident in, got a 6. Just a guessing app! Terrible!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t let me use the app!!!😠😠😠

*2026-08-12, version 2.9.7*

It force you to pay $14 to use the app!!!!

### 1/5 — Bad, no service available, app not working well

*2026-08-07, version 2.9.7*

I applied to grade my card using utility and added credits. I’ve have been waiting to scan and cannot.
I’ve been trying to use this app for the past 45mins and nothing.
It took my money instantly but cannot scan cards for whatever reason. App is horrible!!

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2026-08-06, version 2.9.7*

Miss identified multiple card whitening areas even know there was nothing there on multiple cards, tested the same card multiple times and got 9.3 and 8.7. Is more accurate to just eye test the card for whitening and edge wear as the ai is completely useless at finding it and tells me there’s whitening where there is none. If it was free I would say it’s not too bad for a complete noob card collector to help them test the cards quality but for $22 Aud a month is a joke

### 1/5 — Don’t waste you time and money

*2026-08-06, version 2.9.7*

This app requires pay to use it at all. And even if you buy their cheapest plan you can’t even grade them without paying more. Even when you buy their $10 plan you can’t only use the service that takes 30 minutes per card. Only if you get the best plan can you use the real grading service. And the centering tool is BAD. It said my cards centering was 10 when I could clearly see 40-60 centering if not more.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate at best

*2026-08-06, version 2.9.7*

Scanned about 20 cards. Some of the heavy played got in the 9.0-9.3 range. Terribly misleading and could lose you a lot of money by convincing you to grade card that you should not

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-07-31, version 2.9.7*

It wants me to spend money to acces the app… I don’t want a subscription bro

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-31, version 2.9.7*

I’m trying to log in and all it dose is say I can’t then I go to make a new account with the same details and it says this account is already in use same with changing the password so now I can’t logged in fix this it’s terrible
If I could rate 0 starts I would !!!!

### 1/5 — I want to delete my account

*2026-07-30, version 2.9.7*

Scams you into creating an account and then instantly puts u in an inescapable paywall that has a “settings” gear where i assume “delete account” is located, but it does not allow you to click it. I’m just glad I used my spam/possible scam email address and a fake name.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-07-30, version 2.9.7*

Amazing

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-07-21, version 2.9.7*

It’s the best grading app

### 5/5 — Solid app

*2026-07-03, version 2.9.6*

First, I want to say I haven’t officially sent any of my cards to get pre-graded yet but I do think the app does a good job grading.

I’ve seen people complain that they can’t get higher than like a 9 or 9.1 with the app. I haven’t gotten a 10, but I’ve gotten 9.5s and 9.6s. People should take the scores with a grain of salt - the AI is being conservative, it’s likely catching things that either: (1) False positives (2) SOOO minor a human grader probably wouldn’t catch/penalize.

I’ve had cards flagged for “edge wear” or “whitening” when neither existed (even under a microscope) - it’s just the lighting or shadows from the picture.

So if you’re frustrated you’re not getting a 10, look at WHY you aren’t and assess from there - people have gotten 10s with pre-grades as low as a like an 8.9 so if YOUR inspection doesn’t catch anything and the things AI catch aren’t right… you probably have a 10 and should feel confident sending your card in 👌🏻

### 5/5 — Excellent app, unfair reviews

*2026-05-31, version 2.9.4*

This app is exactly what they claim, a great app and definitely my new app for pre-grading! Some of these reviews are unfair, the fact they don’t have a free plan can be annoying but you can’t review an app you’re not using, after you buy it then you should be able to review whether it was worth the money. But in my opinion, this app is worth it!

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2026-05-29, version 2.9.4*

Los grades muy reales y cercanos a la realidad

### 5/5 — Review/grading

*2026-05-21, version 2.9.3*

Amazing app , thanks for the help , keep up the great work

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-05-19, version 2.9.3*

Really good precise grading

### 5/5 — Should have remote control function

*2026-05-18, version 2.9.3*

Scanning works best on natural lighting and a very stable setup. I have a remote control and a tripod but the app seem to be controlling the ‘volume up’ button when using a remote control instead of actually taking a photo. Would be nice if they allow remote control functionality properly..

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2026-05-14, version 2.9.1*

This is an effective tool and community at the same time

### 5/5 — All Good Accurate Grades

*2026-05-14, version 2.9.1*

All of the cards I sent in were exactly what PSA gave me back this is so helpful and is such a good way to know before you send the cards in.
