Idk whats wrong because I know for a FACT it’s not my wifi but it keeps saying “ error, check internet connection“ I’ve tried other connections and different areas of the school but nothing works. Everyone else’s app on campus works fine BUT NOT MINE

i have to use this for school and i do not like it. please give us a widget we can use or let us add it to our phone wallet. that would make it so much better. also maybe a settings button so you can log in/out.

A lot of colleges use this to keep track of students, but the issue is only half the students can log in. There’s not even service number, email, or bot to contact when it has problems. At the very least there should be a manual set up if it does not work. I am very disappointed

This is a simple app that allows students to carry the equivalent of a student ID card around on their mobile device.  It is quick setup for users and makes large event admission tracking simple and seamless.
