I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times!!! ### 1/5 — Not as good as the old iHealth app *2026-03-21* The old Oschner program used an app called iHealth by which was much better. Unlike iHealth This one doesn’t allow deletion of inaccurate recordings, unfathomably doesn’t show HR info alongside BP, and doesn’t write data to Apple Health—only reads weight and workouts. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Charging *2026-02-22* My device does not hold a charge between weeks and it also takes two full days to charge- makes it rough to regularly take my BP ### 1/5 — App not working *2026-01-03* I was recommended this app by my provider and it does not let me log in to start my readings. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2025-11-04* Please fix the app please no per should have to take their sugar reading 3-4 times before it decides to process to the app. From now on, I’m taking my sugar once if it doesn’t transfer im sorry y’all not getting my reading and it does the same thing with the blood pressure and like one other review said I don’t remember what her name was but she’s been using it for years with no problems and then the last update this has been going on. I’m about ready to go back to a regular sugar and blood pressure reading so that way I can bring it to my doctor every month you used to be able to print a weekly report a monthly report event to send to your doctor. You can’t even do that no more you cannot add a reading in manually. Y’all need some major updates to this app because I’m fixing to leave y’all. ### 1/5 — This app is garbage *2025-10-23* The app does not work at all, yet Ochsner is planning for it to be their exclusive app on 11/1/25. On Tuesday, October 14, 2025 I updated this app. There is difficulty with getting a reading. I have to wait for 4 minutes and then I receive an error message and it states to try later. I also went to the O bar at Ochsner/Lapalco Blvd and Ross updated the app and checked my equipment. I am still having problems. The update is not good and I can’t get a reading. All that I receive is error message and to try later. ### 2/5 — Employee *2025-11-24* Worked okay until your last upgrade. That Rx program you changed to screwed up the whole program. Also, it would help if I knew WHAT drug was due for refills since the Ochsner pharmacy doesn’t keep the information. ### 2/5 — Need a new update *2025-10-19* The app is having problems transferring the data from the device to the app it did it 2 X in a row on my sugar so I’m fixing to try my blood pressure hope I don’t have the same problem…..please come out with a new update ### 2/5 — Cluttered with Options *2025-07-19* This used to be a good app. I only use it to monitor my blood pressure. Now the main screen is cluttered with an oversized Reminders box at the top, followed by Blood Pressure, Weight Tracking, and Food Tracking. The only option I want to see is Blood Pressure! Comes back with Error after I drop blood sample ### 3/5 — Device doesn’t always work and no manual entry option *2024-06-10* The device is paired and works sometimes and not others. It will throw an error and say to try again later. This is very difficult for someone that has to capture their BP multiple times. There is also no option to add a manual entry from another device so I have to go to Apple health or to the Ochsner main app and add it their. This has become so frustrating that I had to reinstall the old IHealth app to at least get my readings at the appropriate time of day without raising my BP because of the frustration. The meal and activity tracking offer only data entry and there is no insights or metrics. Almost like an afterthought. The app is linked to Apple health but it does not read or write to Apple health were I have all my activity and meal tracking already feeding.
